This little number is the mid-week bomb! Grab that limoncello out of the freezer, pop that champagne and let’s get this Wednesday night started!
What you need:
- Limoncello – ours is from the delicious Australian Cello range
- Pretty glasses
- Sugar for dipping glasses
The rocket science part:
- Run the lemon around the rim of the champagne glasses.
- Dip the glass rims into sugar.
- Fill a quarter of the glass with the limoncello.
- Top with Champagne.
For a twist add a little bit of crushed mint.
