Warm days call for lychees and champagne…
What you need:
Fresh or tinned lychees with juice
A delicious bottle of champagne
Your prettiest glass
The rocket science part:
Keep a few lychees as garnish and then combine the rest in the blender with the juice of the oranges.
When smooth, quarter fill each glass and top with champagne.
Garnish with the extra lychees.
